Pretending

When I was a child,

I’d swing from the trees,

Pretending to be anything,

Anything but me…

Apparently I’m still pretending.

      1. I don’t think we are meant to be anything. But if we can pretend well enough then our pretence becomes our reality. If you pretend to be a good person well enough then even God will be fooled, in other words,
